Best Longevity Supplements 2026: 8 Products Compared – Eternal Elixir NMN Advanced Longevity Complex 1200mg Total Actives bottle

Edited by Elaine Fletcher, Researcher

Disclosure: Eternal Elixir makes supplements, and four of the eight products in this comparison are ours. Eternal Elixir makes the NMN Advanced Longevity Complex 1200mg, and it is our pick. Every figure for the other four products comes from their own product pages and labels, read in September 2026, and every study figure comes from the published paper. No brand paid to be included. Here is how we write and review content.

Quick answer

Eternal Elixir NMN Advanced Longevity Complex 1200mg is our pick: 500 mg of NMN plus TMG, pterostilbene, trans-resveratrol, quercetin phytosome and apigenin in one 2-capsule serving, at $2.17 a serving. NOVOS Core has the longest ingredient list, 12 actives in a drink mix, but no NAD+ precursor, at $2.64 to $3.63 a serving.

No supplement has been shown to extend human lifespan. What the human trials do show is narrower: NAD+ precursors raise blood NAD+, and urolithin A had mixed results on muscle. Buy for a specific, measurable reason, and do not buy two products that do the same job.

Best longevity supplements 2026: the eight compared

Prices are from each seller’s own page as of Sep 2026, divided by the servings the label defines. A serving is two capsules for some products and one packet for NOVOS, so cost per serving is the fair comparison.

Costs run from $0.67 to $3.63 a serving. The two cheapest are single ingredients, and the most expensive are the multi-ingredient formulas and urolithin A. A routine built from two single-ingredient products can cost less than one all-in-one formula, as long as the two do different jobs.

What longevity supplements are trying to do

Nearly everything sold in this category targets one of five areas. Knowing which one a product covers is how you avoid paying twice for the same thing.

  • NAD+ supply. NMN and nicotinamide riboside (NR) are both converted into NAD+, a coenzyme cells use to make energy. Two products here are two products doing one job. Our NAD+ supplement comparison covers the precursor choice in depth.
  • Polyphenols. Resveratrol, pterostilbene, quercetin, fisetin and apigenin are plant compounds studied for cell signaling and inflammation markers.
  • Autophagy and mitophagy. Spermidine and urolithin A are studied for the cell’s recycling of worn-out parts. Most routines have nothing here.
  • Cell energy metabolism. Calcium alpha-ketoglutarate (Ca-AKG) is a compound from the cycle cells use to produce energy.
  • Methyl donors. TMG (betaine) and glycine appear in several formulas. Human studies have looked at betaine in normal homocysteine metabolism.

Check your cabinet against that list. Many people own two NAD+ products and nothing for autophagy.

How we ranked these longevity supplements

We did not run our own lab tests. We read each live product page and label, did the cost arithmetic, and checked every study claim against the paper. Eternal Elixir makes the NMN Advanced Longevity Complex, and it sits first as our pick, for the reasons and limits set out in its entry. The others are ordered on four things:

  • Human evidence: randomized trials in people for the ingredients or the finished product, and whether the label dose is close to what they used.
  • Label disclosure: every amount stated, no proprietary blend.
  • Cost per serving: price divided by the label’s servings.
  • Overlap: whether the product adds an area your routine does not already cover.

1. Eternal Elixir NMN Advanced Longevity Complex 1200mg: our pick

Key facts: per 2-capsule serving, 500 mg NMN, 250 mg TMG (betaine anhydrous), 200 mg pterostilbene, 100 mg trans-resveratrol, 100 mg quercetin phytosome and 50 mg apigenin, for 1,200 mg of combined actives. 60 capsules, 30 servings, $64.99 (regular $79.99), $2.17 per serving.

The NMN Advanced Longevity Complex is our pick because it covers three of the five areas above (NAD+ supply, polyphenols and a methyl donor) in one serving, with every amount printed on the label. The label is clear that 1,200 mg is the combined total, not the NMN dose. For someone who would otherwise buy an NMN, a resveratrol and a pterostilbene separately, it replaces three bottles.

What the evidence supports, ingredient by ingredient. In an 80-person, 60-day trial, 300, 600 or 900 mg of NMN a day raised blood NAD+ against placebo, and a 2026 meta-analysis of 15 trials found no increase in adverse events but no broad metabolic benefit either (Yi 2023, Yang 2026). Our 500 mg sits between the 300 mg and 600 mg arms of the Yi trial. Pterostilbene needs a caution. In a 6 to 8 week trial in 80 adults with high cholesterol, pterostilbene on its own (50 or 125 mg twice a day) raised LDL cholesterol by 17.1 mg/dL, while the higher dose lowered blood pressure (Riche 2014). Our serving has 200 mg. Our product page also states that this exact six-ingredient formula has not been clinically tested.

  • Suits: buyers who want NAD+ support and polyphenols in one bottle, with every dose visible.
  • Doesn’t suit: anyone managing cholesterol without talking to their doctor first, or anyone who wants to adjust one ingredient on its own.

Price and where to buy: $64.99 at eternalelixir.com, with free US shipping over $100. If you only want NMN, our NMN 500mg is 90 capsules of 500 mg for $49.99, and our NMN supplement comparison ranks the alternatives.

2. NOVOS Core: the longest ingredient list

Key facts: drink mix in 13 g packets, 30 servings. Per packet: 2,000 mg glycine, 1,700 mg magnesium malate, 1,100 mg Ca-AKG, 1,000 mg glucosamine sulfate, 300 mg rhodiola, 150 mg L-theanine, 50 mg pterostilbene, 100 mg each of fisetin, hyaluronic acid, ginger extract and vitamin C, and 1 mg of lithium. $109.00 one-time ($3.63 a serving), $98.00 a month on subscription, $93.16 a box on a 6-month prepaid plan and $79.16 on a 1-year plan ($2.64 a serving).

NOVOS Core reaches more of the five areas than any other single product here, and every dose is on the label. A powder can hold gram-sized doses that capsules cannot. The drawbacks are price, a mixing routine, and the absence of any NAD+ precursor, so buyers who want NMN or NR still need a second product. The rhodiola and lithium mean it is worth checking with your doctor if you take prescription medicine. We cover the brand in our NOVOS Labs review.

  • Suits: buyers who want many ingredients in one morning drink and are less sensitive to price.
  • Doesn’t suit: anyone who wants NAD+ support in the same product, or prefers capsules.

Price and where to buy: $109.00 one-time at NOVOS.

3. Thorne ResveraCel: NR with resveratrol and betaine

Key facts: per 2-capsule serving, 415 mg nicotinamide riboside hydrogen malate, 150 mg trans-resveratrol, 250 mg quercetin phytosome and 85 mg betaine. 60 capsules, $60.00, which is 30 servings at 2 capsules a day, or $2.00 a serving.

ResveraCel follows the same idea as our pick, a NAD+ precursor plus polyphenols plus a methyl donor, but uses NR instead of NMN. Two details matter. Its NR is the hydrogen malate salt, not the NR chloride used in most published NR trials. And the page lists “Servings Per Container: 60” next to a 2-capsule serving in a 60-capsule bottle, so read it as 30 servings. The product page does not show an NSF mark for ResveraCel. Our Thorne review covers the brand’s testing and returns terms.

  • Suits: buyers who prefer NR to NMN and want resveratrol in the same capsule.
  • Doesn’t suit: anyone who wants the NR chloride form used in the trials (see our NR supplement comparison).

Price and where to buy: $60.00 at Thorne.

4. Elysium Basis: a formula with its own trial

Key facts: nicotinamide riboside chloride and pterostilbene, 2 capsules a day, 30-day pouch, $65.00 one-time, $2.17 a serving. The product page does not state the amounts.

Basis is one of the few longevity formulas tested as a finished product. In the company-funded trial, 120 healthy adults aged 60 to 80 took the recommended dose (250 mg NR plus 50 mg pterostilbene), a double dose, or placebo for 8 weeks. Blood NAD+ rose about 40% on the recommended dose and about 90% on the double dose by week 4, and stayed up, with no serious adverse events. LDL cholesterol also rose within the NRPT groups, though uneven baseline levels made that hard to interpret (Dellinger 2017). The authors were Elysium employees. The page shows an NSF Certified for Sport mark.

  • Suits: buyers who want the exact formula from a published trial.
  • Doesn’t suit: anyone who wants the amounts printed on the product page, or cost per milligram.

Price and where to buy: $65.00 at Elysium Health.

5. Eternal Elixir Spermidine 10mg: a spermidine add-on

Key facts: 10 mg spermidine trihydrochloride per capsule, 60 capsules, 1 capsule per serving, 60 servings, $49.99 (regular $59.99), $0.83 per serving.

Eternal Elixir Spermidine 10mg fills the autophagy gap most routines leave empty, with the salt form and amount named on the label. The research is mostly in animals. Spermidine extended lifespan in yeast, flies and worms (Eisenberg 2009) and in mice, where it also protected the heart (Eisenberg 2016). The longest human trial, SmartAge, gave 100 adults aged 60 to 90 a wheat germ extract with 0.9 mg of spermidine a day for 12 months. Memory did not change against placebo, and adverse events were balanced (Schwarz 2022).

On dose: 10 mg of the trihydrochloride salt contains less than 10 mg of spermidine itself, but it is still several times the 0.9 mg used in SmartAge. Our product page states that human evidence is still developing and includes neutral findings.

  • Suits: buyers adding a low-cost, single-active product for an area their routine does not cover.
  • Doesn’t suit: anyone expecting a proven human outcome.

Price and where to buy: $49.99 at eternalelixir.com. Our spermidine evidence guide and spermidine comparison go further.

6. Timeline Mitopure Softgels: urolithin A with human muscle trials

Key facts: 500 mg urolithin A per 2-softgel daily serving, 60 softgels (one month), $99.00, $3.30 a day. The page shows an NSF Certified for Sport mark and 4.5 out of 5 from 4,686 reviews (read Sep 2026).

Urolithin A is studied for mitophagy, the recycling of worn-out mitochondria. It has two randomized trials in people, both run with the company that developed Mitopure. In 88 untrained middle-aged adults, 500 or 1,000 mg a day for 4 months improved muscle strength by about 12%, but the primary endpoint, peak power output, did not improve (Singh 2022). In 66 adults aged 65 to 90, 1,000 mg a day for 4 months improved hand and leg muscle endurance at 2 months, but not the primary endpoints of 6-minute walk distance or maximal ATP production (Liu 2022).

  • Suits: buyers focused on muscle and mitochondria who accept a premium price for an ingredient with human trials.
  • Doesn’t suit: anyone on a budget. It is the most expensive capsule product here per day.

Price and where to buy: $99.00 at Timeline. Our mitochondrial supplement comparison covers other options.

7. Eternal Elixir Ca-AKG 500mg: Ca-AKG on its own

Key facts: 500 mg calcium alpha-ketoglutarate per capsule, 60 capsules, 1 capsule per serving, 60 servings, $49.99, $0.83 per serving.

Eternal Elixir Ca-AKG 500mg is the lowest-cost way to add Ca-AKG on its own, instead of inside a drink mix. The widely cited lifespan result is from mice: late-life Ca-AKG increased survival and reduced frailty (Asadi Shahmirzadi 2020, summarized by Rhoads and Anderson). In people, a retrospective analysis of 42 users of an alpha-ketoglutarate formula with vitamins reported lower DNA-methylation age after about 7 months, with no placebo group (Demidenko 2021). Our product page states that human longevity outcomes have not been established.

  • Suits: buyers who want Ca-AKG without the other 11 NOVOS ingredients.
  • Doesn’t suit: anyone who wants randomized human evidence first.

Price and where to buy: $49.99 at eternalelixir.com. Start with our Ca-AKG evidence review.

8. Eternal Elixir Trans-Resveratrol 600mg: lowest cost per serving

Key facts: 600 mg of 98% trans-resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum (Japanese knotweed) root per capsule, 90 capsules, 1 capsule per serving, 90 servings, $59.99, $0.67 per serving.

Eternal Elixir Trans-Resveratrol 600mg is the cheapest serving on this list and a 90-day bottle. A 2024 systematic review counted almost 200 resveratrol studies across at least 24 uses. It found no agreed dose for any outcome, noted that resveratrol was generally well tolerated up to 1 g a day, and reported consistent reductions in inflammatory markers (Brown 2024). Our 600 mg serving sits inside that tolerated range. It can be taken with or without food.

  • Suits: buyers who want a polyphenol on its own at low cost, or who pair it with NMN.
  • Doesn’t suit: anyone already taking our Complex, which contains resveratrol and pterostilbene.

Price and where to buy: $59.99 at eternalelixir.com. Our resveratrol comparison and NMN vs resveratrol guide cover the choice.

How to build a two-product routine without overlap

The easiest way to waste money here is to buy two products for the same area. These pairs each cover two different areas.

PairAreas coveredCost per day
Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg + Spermidine 10mgNAD+ supply, autophagy$1.39
Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg + Trans-Resveratrol 600mgNAD+ supply, polyphenols$1.23
Eternal Elixir NMN Advanced Longevity Complex + Spermidine 10mgNAD+ supply, polyphenols, methyl donor, autophagy$3.00

Pairs to avoid: the Complex with a separate NMN (double NMN), the Complex with our resveratrol (it already contains resveratrol and pterostilbene), and any NMN with any NR product. In a 2026 head-to-head trial, 1,000 mg a day of NR or NMN raised blood NAD+ by similar amounts over 14 days, so taking both adds cost, not coverage. Our NMN vs NR comparison and Tru Niagen review cover that choice. Our longevity stacks guide goes beyond two products.

What to check on the label before you buy

  • Is every amount stated? Our four products, NOVOS Core, Thorne and Mitopure print each dose. Basis does not list amounts on its product page.
  • What form is the active? NR chloride and NR hydrogen malate are different salts. Spermidine trihydrochloride is a salt, so the spermidine content is lower than the label weight.
  • How many capsules is a serving? A 2-capsule serving halves the days in a bottle.
  • Does it duplicate something you already take? Check against the five areas above.

What the research supports, in one place

Evidence level by ingredient: good for NMN and NR raising blood NAD+. Mixed for urolithin A on muscle. Early and mostly animal-based for spermidine and Ca-AKG. Broad but unfocused for resveratrol. Not shown for any product here: longer human life.

Two further cautions. Pterostilbene raised LDL cholesterol in one trial, so check with your doctor if you manage cholesterol. And several of the human trials above were funded by the companies selling the product, including the Basis and Mitopure trials. That does not make them wrong, but it is worth knowing.

Frequently asked questions about the best longevity supplements

What are the top 3 supplements for longevity?

From this list, our top three are the Eternal Elixir NMN Advanced Longevity Complex (NAD+ supply plus polyphenols, $2.17 a serving), Eternal Elixir Spermidine 10mg (autophagy, $0.83) and Timeline Mitopure (urolithin A, $3.30 a day). Together they cover four different areas. None has been shown to extend human life, so pick for a measurable goal such as blood NAD+ or muscle.

Add NMN Advanced Longevity Complex to cart · $64.99

What is the best single supplement for anti-aging?

Our pick is the Eternal Elixir NMN Advanced Longevity Complex, because it puts 500 mg of NMN and five other actives in one labeled serving. No supplement has been shown to slow human aging. The most consistent human finding in this category is that NMN and NR raise blood NAD+.

What are the most effective anti-aging supplements for healthy aging in 2026?

Judged by human trials, NAD+ precursors (NMN and NR) have the most consistent results, but only for raising NAD+. Urolithin A improved muscle strength or endurance in two trials while missing their primary endpoints. Spermidine, Ca-AKG and resveratrol rest mostly on animal studies or broad, mixed human data.

Do longevity supplements actually work?

They change measurable markers, such as blood NAD+, in short trials. No trial has shown that any of them extends human life, and the longest trial here ran 12 months. Treat them as support for specific markers, alongside sleep, exercise and diet.

Can I take NMN and NR together?

You can, but it is usually a waste. Both are converted to NAD+, and a 2026 head-to-head trial found similar increases in blood NAD+ from 1,000 mg a day of either. Choose one, and spend the difference on a product for another area.

How much do longevity supplements cost per month?

From this list, a single product runs about $20 to $109 a month. Our Trans-Resveratrol costs $0.67 a serving, and NOVOS Core is $109.00 one-time for 30 servings. A two-product routine such as NMN 500mg plus Spermidine 10mg costs about $42 a month.

Is it safe to combine longevity supplements?

The trials here reported few side effects for each ingredient on its own, but combinations have rarely been tested. Avoid doubling up on the same area, check pterostilbene if you manage cholesterol, and talk to your doctor before you start if you take prescription medicine, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or manage a health condition.

Verdict: which longevity supplement should you buy?

  • Our pick: Eternal Elixir NMN Advanced Longevity Complex 1200mg at $2.17 a serving, for NAD+ support and polyphenols in one labeled serving.
  • For the longest ingredient list: NOVOS Core at $2.64 to $3.63 a serving, with a NAD+ precursor bought separately.
  • For NR with resveratrol: Thorne ResveraCel at $2.00 a serving.
  • For a formula tested as a finished product: Elysium Basis at $2.17 a serving.
  • For muscle and mitochondria: Timeline Mitopure at $3.30 a day.
  • For cheaper add-ons: our Spermidine 10mg or Ca-AKG 500mg at $0.83 a serving, or our resveratrol at $0.67.

Start with one product for one area, give it two to three months, and add a second only if it covers something new.
