Quick answer: Wonderfeel Youngr NMN is a real, clearly labeled product. Two capsules give 900 mg of NMN plus 100 mg of trans-resveratrol, 4 mg of ergothioneine, 50 mg of olive fruit extract and 20 mcg of vitamin D3, and the lab reports Wonderfeel posts found 883 mg to 887 mg of NMN per serving. The catch is price. A bottle costs $88.00 ($73.00 on subscription), which works out to $3.26 per gram of NMN at the one-time price. Our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: the front label declares 500 mg of NMN per capsule, and 90 capsules cost $49.99, about $1.11 per gram of NMN. If you want a Youngr-style blend in one serving, our NMN Advanced Longevity Complex costs $2.17 per serving against Youngr’s $2.93, with less NMN (500 mg) and more supporting actives.
Eternal Elixir makes NMN 500mg and the NMN Advanced Longevity Complex. NMN 500mg is our pick, which makes us a competitor of Wonderfeel, so read this as a competitor’s review. We did not buy or lab-test Youngr. Every Wonderfeel figure below comes from its product pages, its lab report page and its shipping and returns policy, read in September 2026. Here is how we write and review content.
Wonderfeel Youngr NMN review 2026: what is in the bottle
Wonderfeel is a San Francisco company, and Youngr is its flagship product. The brand describes the formula as patented and names Andrew Salzman, MD, as the scientist behind it. A bottle holds 60 vegan capsules. The directions say to take two capsules every morning, so one bottle lasts 30 days.
The label gives every active its own amount, with no proprietary blend. Here is what it declares, next to what two third-party lab reports on Wonderfeel’s site measured:
| Ingredient | Label, per capsule | Label, per 2-capsule serving | Lab result, bottle lot 250017 (June 2025) | Lab result, pouch lot 2408019A (January 2025) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) | 450 mg | 900 mg | 883 mg | 887 mg |
| Trans-resveratrol | 50 mg | 100 mg | 102 mg | 99.24 mg |
| Ergothioneine | 2 mg | 4 mg | 5 mg | 4 mg |
| Olive fruit extract, 40% hydroxytyrosol | 25 mg (10 mg hydroxytyrosol) | 50 mg (20 mg hydroxytyrosol) | 24 mg hydroxytyrosol | 21 mg hydroxytyrosol |
| Vitamin D3 | 10 mcg | 20 mcg | 22 mcg | 18.89 mcg |
The other ingredients are rice hull powder and a vegetable cellulose capsule. Wonderfeel says the product contains no soy, gluten, dairy or fish. Two points matter for buyers. The 900 mg headline is a two-capsule figure, so each capsule holds 450 mg. And the 20 mcg of vitamin D3 adds to any D3 you already take.

The lab reports
Wonderfeel’s certificate of analysis page shows two full reports from Adamson Analytical Laboratories in Corona, California. The bottle report (lot 250017, dated June 2025) measured 883 mg of NMN per serving against a target of about 900 mg, and it found lead at 13.4 mcg/kg and arsenic at 52.9 mcg/kg. E. coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus were absent. The refill-pouch report (lot 2408019A, dated January 2025) measured 887 mg of NMN per serving.
That covers every active on the label. Two details are worth knowing, though. The lot numbers printed in the page headings (0123040 and 2401077A) are not the lot numbers on the certificates themselves, and the newest report is dated June 2025. Ask Wonderfeel for the report that matches the lot on your bottle. That is a fair request to make of any brand, including us.
Price, subscription and HSA/FSA
A bottle costs $88.00 one time. The subscription is $73.00 a month, which Wonderfeel describes as $15 off every bottle. Subscribers get a glass bottle first and refill pouches after that, and the first renewal ships after 26 days, then every 30 days. Wonderfeel also offers HSA/FSA payment through Truemed: you pay by card, answer a health survey that a licensed provider reviews, and claim the cost back if you qualify. US shipping is free on orders over $70, and Wonderfeel says it makes its products in US facilities that follow good manufacturing practice.
Returns
The return policy is narrower than a money-back guarantee. Wonderfeel refunds unopened bottles and pouches of Youngr bought on its own store within 30 days of delivery. Opened or partly used products can’t be returned, the buyer pays return shipping, and international sales are final. If you want to try NMN and send it back when it doesn’t suit you, that matters. Eternal Elixir offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, free US shipping over $100, and orders ship in 24 hours.
What Youngr costs per day and per gram of NMN
Bottle prices hide the real difference, because serving sizes vary between brands. Grams of NMN per dollar is the fairest single measure for anyone buying NMN mainly for the NMN. Here is Youngr’s arithmetic:
- 60 capsules × 450 mg = 27,000 mg, or 27 g of NMN per bottle
- $88.00 ÷ 30 servings = $2.93 a day, and $88.00 ÷ 27 g = $3.26 per gram of NMN
- On subscription, $73.00 works out to $2.43 a day and $2.70 per gram
Wonderfeel also sells a plain NMN product, NMN Capsuls. Each capsule holds 500 mg of NMN, which Wonderfeel says is over 99% pure, and a 60-capsule bottle costs $58.00 ($52.00 on subscription). That is 30 g of NMN, or $1.93 per gram. Our NMN 500mg holds 45 g of NMN (90 capsules × 500 mg) for $49.99, which is $1.11 per gram.
Wonderfeel Youngr vs alternatives: cost per gram of NMN
The table uses each brand’s label and its one-time US price as of Sep 2026. Cost per serving follows each label’s own serving. Our NMN 500mg product page tells you to follow the physical label, so we show no per-serving cost for it.

Youngr holds the most NMN per serving of the three blends in the table, and its posted lab reports measure all five actives. Per gram of NMN, it costs about three times what our NMN 500mg costs. Most of the gap pays for the formula around the NMN, so the fair question is whether you want those extras in the same capsule.
If you mainly want NMN plus resveratrol, buying the two separately costs less. Our NMN 500mg and Trans-Resveratrol 600mg together cost $109.98, which clears the free-shipping threshold. That buys 45 g of NMN and 90 capsules of 600 mg trans-resveratrol. Note that 600 mg is six times the resveratrol in a Youngr serving, so this is a bigger resveratrol dose, not a copy of Youngr. Our NMN versus resveratrol guide explains what each one does.
If you would rather take one serving of a blend, the NMN Advanced Longevity Complex is the closest match in our range. It costs $2.17 per serving against Youngr’s $2.93, and it adds TMG, pterostilbene, quercetin phytosome and apigenin. The trade-off is plain: it has 500 mg of NMN per serving, 400 mg less than Youngr, and no ergothioneine, olive extract or vitamin D3. Omre’s blend puts 500 mg of micronized trans-resveratrol in each serving, five times Youngr’s amount, at $4.60 per gram of NMN. Our Omre NMN review covers it in full, and our NMN and resveratrol combination comparison lines up more blends.
The research behind the 900 mg dose
Wonderfeel says its dose is backed by an 80-person human trial, which it calls the largest to date, and that it partnered with the study’s authors. That trial is real, and it is worth reading closely.
In a 60-day randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in GeroScience (Yi and colleagues, 2023), 80 healthy middle-aged adults took a placebo or 300 mg, 600 mg or 900 mg of NMN once a day. Blood NAD rose in all three NMN groups by day 30 and was highest with 600 mg and 900 mg. Six-minute walking distance rose more in each NMN group than with placebo, and SF-36 health survey scores improved against placebo. HOMA-IR, a measure of insulin sensitivity, did not differ from placebo. The authors reported no safety problems, and they concluded that the effect on blood NAD and walking distance peaked at 600 mg a day. One author worked for Abinopharm and two for ABA Chemicals, both ingredient companies.
So 900 mg is the top dose that trial tested, not a dose it showed to work better than 600 mg. Youngr sits at the top of the tested range.
The first head-to-head human trial of NMN and NR appeared in 2026. Researchers at Nestlé Research enrolled 67 healthy adults (average age 34.7) and gave them 1 g of NMN, 1 g of NR (Tru Niagen Pro), 0.5 g of nicotinamide or a placebo once a day for 14 days. Sixty-five were analyzed. Whole-blood NAD+ roughly doubled with both NMN and NR: against placebo, it rose 43.1 µM with NMN and 49.4 µM with NR, and the authors called the two comparable. The study was open-label, and lab work with human gut bacteria suggested that both are turned into nicotinic acid in the gut, which may be how they raise NAD+ (Christen and colleagues, Nature Metabolism, 2026). Our NMN versus nicotinamide riboside comparison goes through it in detail.
Lower doses also raise NAD+. In a 12-week double-blind trial in older adults, also in GeroScience (Morifuji and colleagues, 2024), 60 participants took 250 mg of NMN a day or a placebo. The main measure, a stepping test, showed no difference. Blood NAD+ rose and 4-meter walking time got shorter in the NMN group, but those were secondary measures, and three of the four authors work for Meiji Holdings.
How our doses compare: one capsule of our NMN 500mg gives 500 mg, inside the 250 mg to 1 g range these trials tested and below the 600 mg dose where the 2023 trial saw its peak. Two capsules give 1 g, the amount used in the 2026 trial. The Advanced Longevity Complex gives 500 mg per serving, also inside the tested range and below Youngr’s 900 mg. Follow the directions on your bottle.
Evidence level: small randomized human trials lasting two weeks to three months, measuring blood NAD+, walking tests and questionnaires. NMN has not been shown to extend human lifespan, and we found no published trial of Youngr’s finished formula or of ours. For the wider market, see our ranking of the best NMN supplements, our look at 1,000 mg NMN options and our NAD+ supplement comparison.
Youngr’s other four ingredients: what the evidence shows
Wonderfeel’s page lists energy, skin elasticity, sleep and recovery among the benefits it describes. It cites no trial of the finished formula, and we found none in PubMed. Here is what we found for each supporting ingredient at the amounts Youngr uses.
Trans-resveratrol, 100 mg per serving
Resveratrol is absorbed well but broken down fast. In a study in Drug Metabolism and Disposition (Walle and colleagues, 2004), six volunteers took a 25 mg oral dose of labeled resveratrol. At least 70% was absorbed, but only trace amounts of unchanged resveratrol showed up in the blood, because the gut and liver convert it so quickly. Youngr’s 100 mg is the same amount our Advanced Longevity Complex carries. Our resveratrol supplement comparison covers the higher-dose options.
Ergothioneine, 4 mg per serving
In the first study of pure ergothioneine in healthy people (Cheah and colleagues, Antioxidants & Redox Signaling, 2017), 45 healthy men took a placebo, 5 mg or 25 mg a day for 7 days. Ergothioneine was absorbed and retained, with less than 4% excreted in urine, and most changes in markers of oxidative damage were not significant. Youngr’s 4 mg per serving is slightly below the lower dose in that study.
Hydroxytyrosol from olive fruit extract, 20 mg per serving
In a crossover study in Nutrients (Bender and colleagues, 2023), 12 healthy volunteers took single doses of olive-derived supplements containing 30.58 mg or 61.48 mg of hydroxytyrosol. It was absorbed, with blood levels peaking about 30 minutes after intake, and absorption rose with dose. That study measured absorption, not effects, and Youngr’s 20 mg is below both doses it used.
Vitamin D3, 20 mcg per serving
Youngr’s vitamin D3 mostly matters for your total intake: if you already take a multivitamin or a D3 supplement, count the 20 mcg in Youngr too, and talk to your doctor if you are unsure how much you take.
Evidence level: absorption studies in small groups of healthy people for resveratrol, ergothioneine and hydroxytyrosol, and no outcome trial at Youngr’s amounts that we could find. These are reasonable inclusions, but the evidence is thin at these doses.
What our Complex adds instead: pterostilbene
Our Advanced Longevity Complex swaps Youngr’s antioxidants for TMG, quercetin phytosome, apigenin and 200 mg of pterostilbene, a methylated relative of resveratrol. In a 2-month randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine (Majeed and colleagues, 2023), 60 healthy adults took 200 mg a day of an extract standardized to 90% pterostilbene or a placebo. Blood counts, lipid, glucose, thyroid, liver and kidney measures stayed within the normal range, with no serious adverse events. It was a safety study, and its authors work for the company that makes the extract. In an earlier trial of 80 adults with raised cholesterol (Riche and colleagues, 2013 and 2014), pterostilbene at up to 250 mg a day for 6 to 8 weeks showed no adverse effects on liver, kidney or glucose markers. LDL cholesterol did rise, by 17.1 mg/dL, in the groups taking pterostilbene alone, so talk to your doctor before taking it if you monitor your cholesterol. Our Complex’s 200 mg is close to the dose in the 2023 study and sits below the 250 mg top dose in the earlier trial. Pterostilbene is also sold on its own as Trans-Pterostilbene 500mg, and our pterostilbene dosage guide covers the full human research.
Who Youngr suits, and who should look elsewhere
Youngr suits you if you want 900 mg of NMN and a small set of antioxidants in one serving, you value a posted lab report that measures every active, and the price works for you, especially on subscription. HSA/FSA payment through Truemed may also lower your real cost if you qualify.
Look elsewhere if you mainly want NMN. You pay about three times as much per gram for it in Youngr as in our NMN 500mg, and even Wonderfeel’s own Capsuls cost less per gram. The same goes if you already take resveratrol or vitamin D3, since part of each serving would duplicate your routine, or if you want the option to return an opened bottle. Wonderfeel’s product page says pregnant or nursing women, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician first. Anyone taking prescription medicines should talk to their doctor before starting NMN or resveratrol.
NMN is one part of a routine, not the whole of it. Readers building a wider longevity stack often read our evidence reviews of Ca-AKG and what the research shows and spermidine benefits and realistic dosing, and our longevity supplement comparison puts the main options side by side. Other NMN brands we have reviewed on the same terms include Toniiq, Renue By Science and Purovitalis.
Wonderfeel Youngr NMN FAQ
Is Wonderfeel NMN legit?
Yes. Wonderfeel is a San Francisco company that sells Youngr on its own US store. Its lab report page shows a June 2025 report from Adamson Analytical Laboratories measuring 883 mg of NMN per serving against a target of about 900 mg, with trans-resveratrol, ergothioneine, hydroxytyrosol and vitamin D3 all at or slightly above label. Check that the report you are shown matches the lot on your bottle.
How much NMN is in Wonderfeel Youngr?
Each capsule holds 450 mg of NMN, so the two-capsule serving gives 900 mg. A 60-capsule bottle holds 27 g of NMN in total and lasts 30 days at the label serving.
What is the best NMN supplement in 2026?
Our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg, which we make. The front label declares 500 mg of NMN per capsule, and at $49.99 for 90 capsules it costs about $1.11 per gram of NMN, against $3.26 for Youngr. Youngr is the stronger choice if you specifically want 900 mg of NMN with resveratrol, ergothioneine, olive extract and vitamin D3 in one serving. Our NMN supplement ranking compares more brands.

How long does it take for Wonderfeel Youngr to work?
Wonderfeel says some people report more energy within one to three weeks, while others take a month or two, and that people over 40 may notice changes around the 4-month mark. Those are customer reports, not trial results. In the trials, blood NAD+ rose within 14 days at 1 g a day and by day 30 at 300 mg to 900 mg a day. No trial has tested Youngr itself, so judge any NMN product over months rather than weeks.
Is NMN better than NR?
In the first head-to-head human trial, 1 g a day of NMN or NR for 14 days raised blood NAD+ by similar amounts: 43.1 µM with NMN and 49.4 µM with NR against placebo. So pick on price and on how well you tolerate it. If you want NR, we sell Nicotinamide Riboside 500mg.
Can you return Wonderfeel Youngr?
Only unopened. Wonderfeel refunds unopened bottles and pouches bought on its store within 30 days of delivery, the buyer pays return shipping, and opened products and international orders can’t be returned.
Is there a downside to taking NMN?
In the 60-day trial in healthy middle-aged adults, NMN at up to 900 mg a day was well tolerated with no safety problems reported. Longer-term data are limited. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or you take prescription medicines, talk to your doctor first. Our guide on whether NMN is safe covers the evidence.
Verdict: Youngr or an alternative?
Youngr is a well-documented premium blend. It has 900 mg of NMN per serving, a clear label and lab reports that match it. You pay for that: $3.26 per gram of NMN at the one-time price. Our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg. We make it, so weigh that as you read. It gives 500 mg of NMN per capsule on the front label and 90 capsules per bottle, at about a third of Youngr’s cost per gram. Add our Trans-Resveratrol 600mg if you want resveratrol too, or choose the NMN Advanced Longevity Complex if you prefer one blended serving. You can also browse the full Eternal Elixir range.
