Best NMN and Resveratrol Supplements 2026: 5 Compared

Best NMN and Resveratrol Supplements 2026: 5 Compared – Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg bottle

Edited by Elaine Fletcher, Researcher

The best NMN and resveratrol supplements in 2026 tell you three things before you pay: how much of each active is in a serving, how many servings are in the bottle, and what a day of use costs. We compared five NMN and resveratrol routes sold in the US on those points, using each brand’s own product page in September 2026. Our pick is two single-ingredient bottles, Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg and Trans-Resveratrol 600mg, at $1.22 a day. If you want one bottle, Omre NMN + Resveratrol lists 500 mg of each per serving at $2.30 a day.

Quick answer

  • Our pick: Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg plus Trans-Resveratrol 600mg. One capsule of each gives 500mg NMN and 600mg of 98% pure trans-resveratrol, 90 days per pair of bottles, $1.22 a day.
  • Best single bottle with equal doses: Omre NMN + Resveratrol, 500 mg of each per 2 capsules, $2.30 a day.
  • Highest dose per serving: ProHealth NMN Pro Complete, 1,000 mg of each per 4 capsules, $2.87 a day.
  • Cheapest combination capsule in our top five: Toniiq Elixr, $1.33 a day, with 150 mg of resveratrol per serving.
  • What hasn’t been shown: no randomized human trial has tested NMN and resveratrol taken together.

People stack the two because they touch the same part of cell biology from different sides. NMN is a building block the body can use to make NAD+, and trans-resveratrol is a plant polyphenol studied for its effects on sirtuins, enzymes that run on NAD+. That is a reason to try the pairing. It is not proof that the pair beats either one alone, and we say below exactly what the human research does and doesn’t show.

Every price below is the one-time US price on the brand’s own site, as of Sep 2026. Doses are what each label or supplement facts panel declares for one serving. Cost per day uses the brand’s own serving size, so a product that asks for four capsules is costed at four capsules.

Add NMN 500mg to cart · $49.99 Add Trans-Resveratrol 600mg to cart · $59.99

Two things stand out. First, the resveratrol dose varies far more than the NMN dose: from 100 mg a day in Wonderfeel Youngr to 1,000 mg in ProHealth’s formula. Second, the cheapest sticker price is not the cheapest day. A $39.97 bottle that lasts 30 days costs more per day than a $109.98 pair of bottles that lasts 90.

How we ranked these five

Eternal Elixir makes NMN 500mg and Trans-Resveratrol 600mg. The two-bottle route is our pick and sits first. The other four are ordered on the same checks, applied to the brand’s own page:

  • Stated dose of each active. A milligram figure for NMN and for trans-resveratrol, not a blend total.
  • Cost per day at the label serving. Price divided by the days one purchase covers when you follow the label.
  • Resveratrol dose. Most buyers of this pairing want a meaningful amount of both actives, so a token amount of resveratrol ranks lower.
  • Capsule count. Four capsules a day is harder to stick with than one or two.
  • Testing you can read. A linked certificate of analysis with lot results counts for more than a “third-party tested” badge.

What we did not do: we ran no lab tests on any competitor product, and nobody here took five brands for a month and compared how they felt. For standalone NMN products without resveratrol, see our ranked guide to the best NMN supplements.

The 5 best NMN and resveratrol supplements, reviewed

1. Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg + Trans-Resveratrol 600mg: our pick

This is two bottles, not a combination capsule. NMN 500mg costs $49.99 for 90 capsules, and Trans-Resveratrol 600mg costs $59.99 for 90 capsules. The label serving for each is one capsule. One of each a day gives you 500mg NMN and 600mg of trans-resveratrol for 90 days. That is $109.98 in total, or $1.22 a day, and the order clears the $100 free US shipping threshold.

What the labels say:

  • NMN 500mg: 500mg of beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide per capsule, rice flour, a cellulose capsule, 90 capsules per bottle.
  • Trans-Resveratrol 600mg: 600mg of 98% pure trans-resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum (Japanese knotweed) root per capsule, rice flour, a cellulose capsule, 90 capsules per bottle.
  • Both product pages state the evidence behind the ingredient and say plainly that the finished product has not been tested in a clinical trial.

Why it ranks first: it has the lowest cost per day of the five, and the second-highest resveratrol dose, behind only ProHealth’s four-capsule serving. Two separate bottles also let you set the ratio. You can take resveratrol on some days and not others, or stop one active without wasting the other.

Who it suits: anyone planning to take both actives daily for more than a month or two, and anyone who wants 600mg of resveratrol rather than the 100 mg to 150 mg found in several combination capsules.

Who it doesn’t suit: people who want a single bottle and a single capsule, and anyone who would rather spend less up front. The pair costs more at checkout than any one bottle here, even though each day costs less.

Choosing between polyphenols first? Our resveratrol supplement comparison sets the 600mg capsule against other US resveratrol products, and our NMN vs resveratrol comparison explains what each one does if you only want one.

2. Omre NMN + Resveratrol: best single bottle with equal doses

Omre’s page states every amount. One serving is 2 capsules, holding 500 mg of NMN at more than 99% purity, 500 mg of micronized trans-resveratrol and 5 mg of BioPerine black pepper extract. The bottle holds 30 servings. At $69.00 that is $2.30 a day. Omre suggests taking the 2 capsules with food, ideally with your first meal, and shows a 30-day money-back guarantee on the page.

Omre also links third-party test results from its product page. Our Omre NMN review goes through that report and the brand’s refund terms in detail.

Who it suits: buyers who want one bottle, equal doses of both actives and a fully declared label.

Who it doesn’t suit: anyone watching the daily cost. At $2.30 a day it costs nearly twice as much as our two-bottle route, for 100 mg less resveratrol per serving. The BioPerine is there for absorption, but nobody has published a trial of this finished product.

3. ProHealth NMN Pro Complete Capsules: highest dose per serving

ProHealth’s supplement facts panel lists a serving of 4 capsules with 1,000 mg of Uthever NMN, 1,000 mg of Veri-te trans-resveratrol and 500 mg of trimethylglycine (TMG). The bottle holds 120 capsules, or 30 servings, for $85.95, which works out to $2.87 a day. The label says to take the 4 capsules with or without food, preferably in the morning. The page shows free US shipping on orders of $30 or more and a 100-day money-back guarantee, and links a certificate of analysis.

Who it suits: people who specifically want 1,000 mg of each active in one product, as found on a single label.

Who it doesn’t suit: anyone who dislikes swallowing four capsules every morning. The NMN trial discussed below tested up to 900 mg a day, so 1,000 mg is not a dose with more evidence behind it.

4. Toniiq NMN + Resveratrol (Elixr): cheapest combination capsule in our top five

Toniiq’s Elixr is the cheapest of the five combination products we ranked, per day. A bottle holds 90 capsules, the label serving is 3 capsules once daily, and $39.97 buys 30 days, which is $1.33 a day. Subscribe and save brings the bottle to $33.97. The page shows free shipping over $49 and a 60-day money-back guarantee.

The product page text doesn’t list the amount of each active. The certificate of analysis it links does. It sets minimums per 3 capsules of 500 mg NMN, 150 mg trans-resveratrol, 500 mg TMG, 325 mg quercetin and 25 mg apigenin, and the tested lot met each one. Our Toniiq NMN review covers the brand’s testing program in more depth.

Who it suits: buyers who want one bottle at the lowest daily cost and like the extra quercetin and apigenin.

Who it doesn’t suit: anyone who wants a full dose of resveratrol. At 150 mg, you get a quarter of what one capsule of our Trans-Resveratrol 600mg provides.

5. Wonderfeel Youngr NMN: most NMN per capsule, least resveratrol

Youngr is built around NMN. Wonderfeel’s page lists each capsule as holding 450 mg of NMN, 50 mg of trans-resveratrol, 2 mg of ergothioneine, 25 mg of olive fruit extract and 10 mcg of vitamin D3. A serving is 2 capsules, so you get 900 mg of NMN and 100 mg of resveratrol a day. The 60-capsule bottle is a 30-day supply at $88.00, or $2.93 a day, and a subscription lowers it to $73.00.

Wonderfeel’s page describes an 80-person human NMN trial, the same size as the Yi trial described below, and says the company partnered with the study’s authors. Our Wonderfeel Youngr NMN review checks its lab certificates against the label.

Who it suits: people who mainly want a high NMN dose and see the resveratrol and other extras as a minor add-on.

Who it doesn’t suit: buyers who came for resveratrol. It has the smallest resveratrol dose of the five and the highest cost per day.

One-bottle options from our range

If you would rather take one product, we sell two, and each has trade-offs worth knowing.

NMN Advanced Longevity Complex is a 2-capsule serving with 500mg NMN, 250mg TMG, 200mg pterostilbene, 100mg trans-resveratrol, 100mg quercetin phytosome and 50mg apigenin. The 1,200mg on the front of the bottle is the total of all six actives, not the NMN dose. A bottle holds 60 capsules, or 30 servings, at $64.99, which is $2.17 a serving. It suits people who want pterostilbene in the same capsule as NMN. It doesn’t suit anyone who wants a large resveratrol dose, because 100mg is a sixth of our single-ingredient capsule.

VitaSolutions NMN + Resveratrol 1100mg lists 500mg NMN and 600mg trans-resveratrol per labeled serving, with black pepper extract also on the facts panel. At $35.00 it is the lowest entry price of anything in this article. Its product page doesn’t state the capsule count or how many capsules make a serving, so we can’t give a cost per day for it, and we would rather say so than guess. Check the bottle label for the serving before you rely on it.

Other NMN and resveratrol products we checked

  • Life Extension Optimized NAD+ NMN with Resveratrol Elite. One capsule holds 300 mg of NMN and a 55 mg Resveratrol Elite blend that provides 10 mg of trans-resveratrol, plus quercetin and fisetin. A 90-capsule bottle is $34.50 ($32.00 on AutoShip), or $0.38 a day. It is the cheapest per day, but 10 mg is a token amount of resveratrol next to the products above.
  • Double Wood NMN + resveratrol bundle. Double Wood sells its two bottles together for $62.01, down from $68.90. The bundle page doesn’t say how many capsules are in each bottle, so we couldn’t cost it per day. Our Double Wood Supplements review covers its single products.

Two bottles or one combination bottle? The cost per day

Combination capsules look cheaper because the sticker price is lower. The bottle also runs out sooner. Here is the same maths for every route where the label gives enough information to do it.

RouteWhat you take dailyPriceDays coveredCost per day
Eternal Elixir, two bottles1 NMN 500mg capsule + 1 Trans-Resveratrol 600mg capsule$109.9890$1.22
Toniiq Elixr3 capsules$39.9730$1.33

Omre NMN + Resveratrol2 capsules$69.0030$2.30
ProHealth NMN Pro Complete4 capsules$85.9530$2.87
Wonderfeel Youngr NMN2 capsules$88.0030$2.93
Life Extension NMN with Resveratrol Elite (10 mg resveratrol a day)1 capsule$34.5090$0.38

Life Extension is the cheapest per day, but it gives 10 mg of resveratrol. Among the routes with 100 mg of resveratrol a day or more, the two-bottle route is the cheapest at these prices, as of Sep 2026. That is a result for these products and these prices, not a rule. Subscriptions change the order: Toniiq’s subscribe price of $33.97 is $1.13 a day, and Wonderfeel’s subscription is $2.43 a day. Recompute before you buy.

Cost isn’t the only thing that matters. A combination capsule is simpler: one bottle, one habit. Two bottles give you control over the ratio and let you add a third ingredient later, such as pterostilbene, resveratrol’s methylated relative or spermidine, without replacing what you already take.

Should you take NMN and resveratrol together? What the research shows

Both ingredients have human data of their own. The pairing does not. A PubMed search for NMN and resveratrol in September 2026 returned cell, animal and review papers, and no randomized human trial of the two taken together. Here is what each claim rests on.

ClaimWhat the evidence isEvidence level

NMN: what the trials show

The most useful single NMN trial for dose questions was published in GeroScience in 2023 by Yi and colleagues. It randomized 80 healthy middle-aged adults to a placebo or to 300 mg, 600 mg or 900 mg of NMN once a day for 60 days. Blood NAD rose in every NMN group compared with placebo, and was highest at 600 mg and 900 mg. Six-minute walking distance also improved more in the NMN groups than on placebo. The authors reported no safety issues at up to 900 mg a day.

Two caveats sit next to that result. Sixty days is short, and blood NAD is a biomarker, not something you feel. Three of the authors are employees of Abinopharm and ABA Chemicals, as the paper’s conflict of interest statement declares. The trial does not show that NMN slows ageing or extends lifespan. For how NMN compares with nicotinamide riboside, see our NMN vs NR comparison and our nicotinamide riboside guide.

Resveratrol: absorbed, then changed fast

Resveratrol’s main problem is what happens after you swallow it. In a 2004 study by Walle and colleagues, six volunteers took a 25 mg dose with a radioactive label. At least 70% was absorbed, but only trace amounts of unchanged resveratrol showed up in the blood, because the gut and liver convert it quickly. A 2017 review of clinical trials by Berman and colleagues found resveratrol was generally well tolerated, with mixed results across the outcomes studied, and named poor bioavailability as the recurring obstacle.

That is why formulators add black pepper extract or micronize the powder, and why a bigger label dose isn’t automatically better. None of those additions has been shown to change an outcome for any finished product in this comparison, ours included.

The combination: a reasonable idea, not a tested one

The case for pairing them comes from how the two act in cells. NAD+ is the fuel sirtuin enzymes use, and resveratrol has been studied for its effects on sirtuin activity. A 2023 review in Nutrients by Sharma and colleagues set out this rationale for combining NAD+ precursors with other compounds. Some of its authors work for supplement companies, and the paper proposes a framework rather than reporting a trial. Treat the pairing as two separately studied ingredients you have chosen to take together, not as a proven protocol. Our NAD+ supplement comparison covers the wider group of NAD+ boosters.

How to take NMN and resveratrol

Dose. Follow the label on the product you buy. For our two bottles that is one capsule of each a day. The NMN trial above found no safety issues at up to 900 mg a day over 60 days. Resveratrol trials vary too widely in dose, form and population to point to one best amount.

Timing and food. No human trial has shown that the time of day changes what either ingredient does. Many labels, including ProHealth’s and Omre’s, suggest the morning. Resveratrol can be taken with or without food. In a small study by la Porte and colleagues, 8 healthy adults took 2,000 mg of trans-resveratrol twice daily, and a high-fat breakfast cut the amount reaching the blood by 45% compared with a standard breakfast, so there is no reason to save it for a fatty meal.

Safety. At that very high dose, 6 of the 8 people in the la Porte study had diarrhea, so start with the label serving rather than more. Talk to your doctor before starting either supplement if you take any prescription medicine, particularly one that affects blood clotting, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Don’t give either to anyone under 18.

The verdict: which NMN and resveratrol supplement to buy

Our pick is the Eternal Elixir two-bottle route. The other four each suit a narrower need.

  • Our pick, for daily use over months: NMN 500mg plus Trans-Resveratrol 600mg, $1.22 a day, 500mg NMN and 600mg trans-resveratrol, 90 days per pair of bottles.
  • For one bottle with equal, fully declared doses: Omre NMN + Resveratrol, $2.30 a day.
  • For the highest dose in one product: ProHealth NMN Pro Complete, $2.87 a day at 4 capsules.
  • For the lowest cost one-bottle combo: Toniiq Elixr, $1.33 a day, with less resveratrol.
  • If NMN is your priority and resveratrol an extra: Wonderfeel Youngr NMN, $2.93 a day.

Frequently asked questions

Which brand of NMN with resveratrol is considered the best?

Our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg with Trans-Resveratrol 600mg, bought as two bottles. One capsule of each gives 500mg NMN and 600mg trans-resveratrol for $1.22 a day, the lowest cost per day of the five we ranked. Eternal Elixir makes both. If you want one bottle, Omre NMN + Resveratrol lists 500 mg of each per serving at $2.30 a day.

Add Trans-Resveratrol 600mg to cart · $59.99

Should you take resveratrol and NMN together?

You can, and many people do, but no randomized human trial has tested the two together. Each has its own human data: NMN raises blood NAD in trials, and resveratrol is absorbed but converted quickly by the body. Taking them together is a reasonable choice, not a proven protocol. Talk to your doctor first if you take prescription medicines.

What is the best NMN supplement in 2026?

Our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: 500mg of NMN per capsule, one capsule per serve, 90 capsules per bottle, $0.56 a serving. Eternal Elixir makes it. Our guide to the best NMN supplements compares it with other US brands on dose and price, and our guide to 1000mg NMN supplements covers higher doses.

How much NMN and resveratrol should you take per day?

Follow the label on the product you buy. In an 80-person trial, NMN at 300 mg, 600 mg and 900 mg a day raised blood NAD, with the highest levels at 600 mg and 900 mg, and no safety issues were reported over 60 days. Resveratrol trials vary too much to point to one best dose, and the products in this comparison range from 100 mg to 1,000 mg a day.

What is the best time of day to take NMN and resveratrol?

No human trial has shown that timing changes the effect of either. Many labels suggest the morning. Resveratrol can be taken with or without food, and one small study found a high-fat breakfast lowered the amount reaching the blood, so a fatty meal isn’t needed.

Is a combination bottle cheaper than buying NMN and resveratrol separately?

Not always. In our comparison, two separate Eternal Elixir bottles came to $1.22 a day, against $1.33 for the cheapest combination bottle in our top five and up to $2.93 for the most expensive. One combination with only 10 mg of resveratrol costs less per day. Combination bottles often have a lower sticker price but last 30 days instead of 90. Divide the price by the days of use before you decide.

Can you take NMN and resveratrol with other longevity supplements?

Many people add spermidine, pterostilbene or Ca-AKG. Add one ingredient at a time so you can tell what each one does, and check with your doctor if you take any medication. Our pterostilbene comparison and spermidine comparison cover those two options.
