Toniiq NMN review 2026: what Toniiq sells

Toniiq says it was set up in Michigan in 2013, and its lab paperwork now lists Toniiq LLC at a Chicago address. It sells through its own US store, Amazon and iHerb, and its about page says it sources each ingredient directly rather than buying ready-made formulas. Its products are made in the US in what it describes as a GMP-certified facility.

Its NMN shelf has five products, with these one-time prices on its own store:

• NMN 1200: $39.97 for 60 capsules. A two-capsule serving gives 1,200 mg of NMN at a stated purity of at least 99.5%, so each capsule holds 600 mg.
• NMN 300: $29.97 for 60 capsules. A two-capsule serving gives 300 mg of 98% pure NMN, or 150 mg per capsule. The directions allow two capsules up to four times a day.
• NMN Powder 99.5%: $59.97 for 100 g. The certificate describes a 250 mg level scoop and 400 servings per pouch.
• NMN + Resveratrol (Elixr): $39.97 for 90 capsules. Its certificate sets minimums per three-capsule serving of 500 mg NMN, 150 mg trans-resveratrol, 500 mg TMG, 325 mg quercetin and 25 mg apigenin.
• NMN Complex 12-in-1: $27.97 for 90 capsules. Its certificate sets a minimum of just 125 mg of NMN per three-capsule serving, alongside NAD+, CoQ10, spermidine, berberine, curcumin and other extracts.

Toniiq ships US orders free over $49. It offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, but the refund page limits it to the cost of one bottle from your first Toniiq order, excluding shipping, and only for orders placed on its own site. Subscriptions take 25% off NMN 1200, to $29.98, and 15% off NMN 300.

The label number trap: what “NMN 300” and “NMN 1200” mean

On both Toniiq capsule bottles, the number in the product name is the amount per serving, and a serving is two capsules. Both bottles hold 60 capsules, so both hold 30 servings. The bottle called 300 holds 9 g of NMN. The bottle called 1200 holds 36 g, four times as much, for $10 more.

The same kind of confusion exists on our side, so it is fair to name it. Our NMN Advanced Longevity Complex is labeled 1200mg, and that 1,200 mg is total actives, not NMN. Each two-capsule serving gives 500 mg of NMN with TMG, pterostilbene, trans-resveratrol, quercetin phytosome and apigenin. Two bottles can both say 1200 and mean very different things.

Toniiq certificates of analysis: what the lab reports show

Toniiq’s documentation is its strongest point. Each product page links a certificate, and the company describes a five-point testing program that covers heavy metals and microbes in the raw material and the finished product, an assay of the active in both, and capsule fill weight. It says it started publishing lot-level certificates in 2020. We opened the certificates linked from four NMN product pages.

• NMN 1200, lot 26110N113: the lab measured 1,483.53 mg of NMN per two capsules against a minimum of 1,200 mg, and lead at 0.06 mcg per two capsules against a 0.5 mcg limit. The assay came from Certified Group in Tustin, California, a lab accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, with microbial testing from a second lab.
• NMN 300: the certificate linked from this page opens the same NMN 1200 lab reports, for lot 26110N113. We could not find a certificate for NMN 300 itself, so ask Toniiq for the one that matches your lot.
• NMN + Resveratrol (Elixr), lot 26118N066: every listed active met its minimum, with 539.98 mg of NMN per three capsules.
• NMN Complex 12-in-1, lot 26053N077: most actives met their minimums, including 190.26 mg of NMN per three capsules. Resveratrol came in at 97.88 mg against a minimum of 100 mg.

That is more lab paperwork than most NMN brands publish, and it deserves credit. Our NMN product page states the label amount and the evidence level for NMN, but it does not link a lot certificate, so on published testing Toniiq is ahead of us. The usual caution applies to any certificate: it describes one lot, so check that the lot number on the report matches the one printed on your bottle.

NMN 1200 packs 600 mg into each capsule in a 60-capsule bottle. NMN plus resveratrol: Elixr vs our Advanced Longevity Complex

Its certificate minimums are 500 mg of NMN, 150 mg of trans-resveratrol, 500 mg of TMG, 325 mg of quercetin and 25 mg of apigenin. On price and on the amounts of most shared ingredients, Elixr is the better deal. What human NMN trials measured

The human NMN trials are small and short, and they mostly measure blood NAD+ and walking tests rather than long-term health. Three are worth knowing before you choose a bottle.

In a 60-day randomized, placebo-controlled trial in GeroScience (Yi and colleagues, 2023), 80 healthy middle-aged adults took a placebo or 300 mg, 600 mg or 900 mg of NMN once a day. Blood NAD+ rose in all three NMN groups by day 30 and was highest at 600 mg and 900 mg. Six-minute walking distance improved more in every NMN group than with placebo. Three of the authors were employees of ingredient companies.

In a 12-week trial in older adults in the same journal (Morifuji and colleagues, 2024), 60 participants took 250 mg of NMN a day or a placebo. The main measure, a stepping test, showed no difference between groups. Blood NAD+ rose and 4-meter walking time got shorter in the NMN group, both secondary measures. Three of the four authors work for Meiji Holdings.

A trial in npj Aging (Igarashi and colleagues, 2022) gave healthy older men 250 mg of NMN a day or a placebo for 6 or 12 weeks. Blood NAD+ and related compounds rose, and the authors saw nominal gains in gait speed and grip strength that they said need confirming in larger studies. Body composition did not change. Three authors worked for Mitsubishi Corporation Life Sciences.

For the shelf, that means 250 mg a day moved blood NAD+ in these trials, and 600 mg was where the dose-ranging trial saw its largest response. One NMN 1200 capsule holds 600 mg and one of our capsules holds 500 mg, but follow the serving on your bottle’s label. NMN 300 needs four capsules to reach 600 mg, which empties a 60-capsule bottle in 15 days. Evidence level: small randomized human trials over two to three months. NMN has not been shown to extend human lifespan, and we found no published trial of either brand’s product. On the evidence we could check, Toniiq is one of the better-documented NMN sellers. It names its testing labs, posts lot reports with measured amounts, and its latest NMN 1200 lot came in above its label claim. It says its resveratrol became its first product with NSF’s Certified Contents label-claim verification in 2026. The gaps are small but real: the NMN 300 page links a certificate for a different product, one complex fell just short on one active, and its money-back guarantee covers only one bottle from a first order.
