Omre NMN review 2026: what is in the bottle

Omre sells one NMN product, NMN + Resveratrol. The bottle holds 60 capsules, and the serving is two capsules, so a bottle lasts 30 days at the suggested use of two capsules a day with food, ideally with your first meal. For each serving of two capsules, the label lists:

• 500 mg of NMN, which Omre says is more than 99% pure (its FAQ puts its test results at 99.4% to 99.7%)
• 500 mg of micronized trans-resveratrol
• 5 mg of BioPerine, a black pepper extract standardized to 95% piperine

That makes each capsule about 250 mg of NMN and 250 mg of resveratrol, which matches the target for each capsule on Omre’s lab report. The headline “500 mg” is a two-capsule figure. Keep that in mind when you compare it with a bottle that states its dose per capsule. There is no proprietary blend: every active has its own amount, which is more than many NAD+ products offer.

Who makes it

Omre says it was founded by a physician, and its name means “lifespan” in Farsi. Its FAQ says all its supplements are made in the USA in a facility that follows good manufacturing practice, and that orders ship from warehouses in Georgia, Illinois and California, usually within one business day. US shipping is free on orders over $80. The range is small: ten items, including spermidine at $54, urolithin A at $69 and berberine at $49, plus a pill box and a water bottle.

The lab report

Omre has a lab report page where buyers can look up reports by batch number. The NMN + Resveratrol report shown there, from Certified Laboratories in Burbank, California, was signed in May 2026. It measured 267.73 mg of NMN per capsule against a 250 mg target, about 107% of the label, and 240.284 mg of micronized trans-resveratrol per capsule against 250 mg, about 96%. Lead was not detected, and arsenic came in at 0.03 ppm. We could not see a batch number for that report in the page text, so ask Omre for the report that matches the lot on your bottle. That is a fair request to make of any brand, including us.

Returns and the guarantee

The site banner promises a 30-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee page is narrower: Omre refunds the cost of up to one bottle per order if you email within 30 days of trying it. Any other bottles fall under the refund policy, which accepts unopened products with the seal intact if you ask within 7 business days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping, shipping fees aren’t refunded, and international orders can’t be returned. If you plan to buy a 3-pack to try it, that detail matters. Bottle prices hide the real difference because serving sizes vary. The table uses each label’s stated NMN amount and each brand’s one-time US price as of Sep 2026.

Per gram of NMN, Omre costs about four times as much as our NMN 500mg. Most of that premium pays for the 500 mg of trans-resveratrol, so the fair question is what the same two ingredients cost when you buy them separately. Buying the two separately costs less and lets you change or pause either one.

Where Omre wins is convenience and resveratrol dose within a combination product. Micronized resveratrol and BioPerine: what the absorption research shows

Omre’s two formulation choices both target resveratrol’s main weakness. In a study in Drug Metabolism and Disposition (Walle and colleagues, 2004), six volunteers took a 25 mg oral dose of labeled resveratrol. At least 70% was absorbed, but only trace amounts of unchanged resveratrol showed up in the blood, because the gut and liver convert it so quickly.

Omre’s FAQ says piperine can boost resveratrol uptake 13-fold. Here is the published evidence we found on that pairing:

• In mice (Johnson and colleagues, Molecular Nutrition & Food Research, 2011), adding 10 mg/kg of piperine to 100 mg/kg of resveratrol raised peak blood resveratrol about 15-fold and total exposure to 229% of the level without piperine.
• In people (Wightman and colleagues, British Journal of Nutrition, 2014), a crossover trial gave 23 adults a placebo, 250 mg of trans-resveratrol, or 250 mg of trans-resveratrol with 20 mg of piperine. The combination raised blood flow in the front of the brain during mental tasks more than resveratrol alone, but cognitive performance, mood and blood pressure did not change. In a separate group of six people, blood levels of resveratrol and its breakdown products did not differ between the two resveratrol treatments.

So the large absorption boost comes from a mouse study. The one human study we found used four times Omre’s BioPerine amount and did not find higher blood resveratrol. Micronization is a reasonable design choice, since smaller particles dissolve faster, but Omre publishes no absorption measurement for its finished product. Evidence level: animal data plus one small human crossover study for piperine, and no product-level data for the micronized form. What the NMN research used

The human NMN trials are small and short, and they mostly measure blood NAD+ and walking tests.

In a 60-day randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in GeroScience (Yi and colleagues, 2023), 80 healthy middle-aged adults took a placebo or 300 mg, 600 mg or 900 mg of NMN once a day. Blood NAD levels rose in all three NMN groups by day 30 and were highest with 600 mg and 900 mg. Six-minute walking distance increased more in each NMN group than with placebo, and the authors reported no safety problems. Three of the authors were employees of ingredient companies, Abinopharm and ABA Chemicals.

In a 12-week double-blind trial in older adults, also in GeroScience (Morifuji and colleagues, 2024), 60 participants took 250 mg of NMN a day or a placebo. The main measure, a stepping test, showed no difference between the groups. Blood NAD+ rose and 4-meter walking time got shorter in the NMN group, but both were secondary measures. Three of the four authors work for Meiji Holdings.

Evidence level: small randomized human trials over two to three months. NMN has not been shown to extend human lifespan, and we found no published trial of Omre’s product or ours. Omre suits you if you want NMN and a large dose of trans-resveratrol in one bottle, you value a posted lab report that shows both actives near or above their targets, and free shipping from $80 matters to you. It is a well-labeled product at a premium price.

Look elsewhere if you mainly want NMN, since you pay about four times as much per gram for it here. The same goes if you want to adjust NMN and resveratrol separately, or you want a guarantee that covers more than one opened bottle.
