Codeage Review 2026: An Honest Longevity Buyer’s Take

Codeage Review 2026: An Honest Longevity Buyer's Take – Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg bottle

Edited by Elaine Fletcher, Researcher

Quick answer: Codeage is a legitimate US supplement brand with a very large catalog. Its store lists 285 products, it sells on Amazon, Walmart and Sam’s Club, and Trustpilot showed 4.6 out of 5 from about 1,000 reviews when we checked on September 25, 2026. For a longevity buyer, the catch is price per milligram: its NMN costs $0.75 to $1.00 per 500 mg in its plain-dose products and $2.67 in its Platinum formula. Its 30-day money-back guarantee also covers only one refund per customer, ever. Our pick in this Codeage review for 2026 is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: 500 mg per capsule, 90 capsules for $49.99, or $0.56 per 500 mg.

Eternal Elixir makes NMN, spermidine, glutathione and nicotinamide riboside supplements that compete with Codeage, so read this as a competitor’s review. Every Codeage figure comes from its product pages, its store listing and its refund policy, read on September 25, 2026. We did not buy or lab-test Codeage products. Here is how we write and review content.

Codeage review 2026: what the brand sells

Codeage runs several product lines under one company: Codeage, Nanofood, Instantfood, Amen, DNA PET and Maison Rouge, according to its about page. The store covers collagen, probiotics, multivitamins, hair and skin formulas, pet products, face creams and a large liposomal longevity range. Its product pages say its supplements are made in the USA in a cGMP facility with ingredients sourced worldwide.

The size is the first thing to understand. Codeage’s store feed lists 285 products, including 32 with collagen in the name, 19 probiotics and 7 hair products. On the longevity side it sells more than a dozen supplements built around NMN, NMNH, NR, NAD+ or NADH, often in two or three versions at different prices. The budget Amen line sits next to premium Platinum formulas that combine several actives.

Two store policies matter before you buy. Shipping is free on continental US orders of $50 or more. And the 30-day money-back guarantee is narrower than the headline: Codeage’s refund policy limits it to one refund per customer over the lifetime of the relationship, applied to the customer’s first order, and the buyer pays return shipping.

What the ratings say: is Codeage a legitimate brand?

Yes. On Trustpilot, Codeage’s claimed profile showed 4.6 out of 5 from about 1,000 reviews when we checked on September 25, 2026, with 86% five-star and 5% one-star ratings. The complaints that do appear focus on shipping delays, lost parcels and slow replies about missing orders, not on the products themselves. Codeage collagen products also carry review pages at Walmart and Sam’s Club, and a Reddit thread asking for thoughts on the brand ranks on page one of the search results.

Ratings tell you about service and satisfaction. They don’t tell you whether a dose matches the research or whether a formula is good value, and that is where this review focuses. For the wider longevity field, our comparison of the best NAD+ supplements covers the leading precursors, and our NMN supplement rankings compare the main brands on dose and price.

The Codeage NMN range, priced per 500 mg

Codeage sells NMN at two dose levels and in several formats, so bottle prices don’t compare directly. The table divides each price by the NMN the label declares. These are one-time prices as of Sep 2026.

Add NMN 500mg to cart · $49.99

The Amen NMN is the cheapest Codeage bottle at $29.99, but it holds 30 capsules, so each 500 mg costs $1.00. Codeage’s best value per milligram is the Liposomal NMN 1000 Capsules at $0.75 per 500 mg, and it asks you to take 1,000 mg a day. Our NMN 500mg costs $0.56 per 500 mg, less than any Codeage NMN in the table, and a bottle lasts 90 days at one capsule a day.

The two combination formulas at the bottom cost more per gram of NMN because you are also paying for other ingredients. Codeage’s Platinum adds a polyphenol pair, TMG and two B vitamins. Our Advanced Longevity Complex pairs 500 mg of NMN with 250 mg of TMG, 200 mg of pterostilbene, 100 mg of trans-resveratrol, 100 mg of quercetin phytosome and 50 mg of apigenin, and its product page lists every amount.

Where else Codeage overlaps our range: glutathione, spermidine and NR

Codeage sells single-active versions of three more ingredients we make. Here they are side by side, on one-time prices as of Sep 2026.

ProductAmount on the labelServingsPriceCost per serving
Eternal Elixir Reduced L-Glutathione 2000mg2,000 mg reduced glutathione per 2 capsules30$39.99$1.33
Codeage Liposomal Glutathione 1000 mg1,000 mg reduced glutathione per 2 capsules30$49.99$1.67

Eternal Elixir Spermidine 10mg10 mg spermidine trihydrochloride per capsule60$49.99$0.83
Codeage Amen Spermidine10 mg spermidine trihydrochloride and 90 mg vitamin C per capsule30$24.99$0.83
Eternal Elixir Nicotinamide Riboside 500mg500 mg NR per capsule60$59.99$1.00
Codeage Liposomal Nicotinamide Riboside+500 mg NR plus betaine and pterostilbene per capsule60$59.99$1.00

Glutathione: our capsules give twice the glutathione per serving of Codeage’s 1000 mg product, at $1.33 a serving against $1.67. Codeage’s version is liposomal, and its product page carries an NSF mark for label accuracy. Its Setria product costs the same per serving as ours and gives a quarter of the glutathione.

Spermidine: this one is a tie on cost per day. Both capsules declare 10 mg of spermidine trihydrochloride and both cost $0.83 a day. Codeage adds 90 mg of vitamin C, and ours comes in a 60-day bottle instead of a 30-day one.

NR: also level on price at $1.00 per 500 mg. Codeage adds betaine and pterostilbene. Ours is NR alone, which makes it easier to track what you are taking. Our glutathione supplement comparison and spermidine supplement comparison cover the rest of each category.

What “liposomal delivery” does and doesn’t tell you

Most of Codeage’s longevity range carries its Helix Liposomal Delivery branding, which its labels describe as phospholipids from non-GMO sunflower lecithin. Liposomes are a real formulation method, and the idea that they protect an ingredient on the way through the gut is reasonable. The useful question is what the human studies show for each ingredient.

NMN. The placebo-controlled trials that raised blood NAD+ used plain oral NMN. In a 12-week study in GeroScience (Morifuji and colleagues, 2024), 60 older adults took 250 mg of NMN a day or a placebo. On NMN, blood NAD+ was higher, four-meter walking time was shorter and sleep-quality scores improved, but the main outcome, a stepping test, did not differ from placebo. The authors worked for the company that ran the study. In a 60-day trial in the same journal (Yi and colleagues, 2023), 80 healthy middle-aged adults took a placebo or 300 mg, 600 mg or 900 mg of NMN a day, and blood NAD rose in every NMN group. When we searched PubMed and Europe PMC in September 2026, we found no human trial of liposomal NMN in either database.

Glutathione. Here the liposomal case has some human data, and it deserves a fair hearing. In a one-month pilot study in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition (Sinha and colleagues, 2018), 12 healthy adults took 500 mg or 1,000 mg of liposomal glutathione a day. Glutathione in whole blood rose by up to 40% after two weeks, with no difference between the two doses. There was no placebo group, the sample was small, and the study was funded by Researched Nutritionals, the company that supplied the liposomal glutathione. Plain capsules have the longer trial: in a six-month placebo-controlled study in the European Journal of Nutrition (Richie and colleagues, 2015), 54 non-smoking adults took 250 mg or 1,000 mg of oral glutathione a day. At the higher dose, glutathione in red blood cells, plasma and lymphocytes rose by 30% to 35% at six months, and levels returned to baseline a month after stopping.

Neither ingredient has a trial comparing a liposomal product with a plain capsule at the same dose. Evidence level: short human trials show plain oral NMN raises blood NAD+ and plain oral glutathione raises glutathione stores. The liposomal advantage is untested for NMN and rests on one small uncontrolled pilot for glutathione. NMN has not been shown to extend human lifespan. Our comparison of liposomal NMN supplements and plain capsules and our Quicksilver Scientific review go further into delivery formats.

Is Codeage good for collagen, hair vitamins and probiotics?

These are Codeage’s biggest categories, and we don’t make any of them, so we can only describe what is on offer and what the evidence says in general.

Collagen. Codeage’s Multi Collagen Protein Powder Large costs $39.99 for 63 servings and combines five collagen types from five food sources, including bovine, chicken, fish and eggshell membrane. The category has reasonable human evidence for skin: a 2023 meta-analysis in Cureus (Dewi and colleagues) pooled 14 randomized trials with 967 participants and found that 12 weeks of hydrolyzed collagen improved skin moisture and elasticity compared with placebo. That supports hydrolyzed collagen in general. It does not test any Codeage product. If your skin routine is topical rather than a powder, our Grass-Fed Tallow Balm is a five-ingredient balm for the skin. Codeage sells beef tallow as a softgel instead, under its Amen line.

Hair vitamins and probiotics. Codeage sells seven hair products and 19 probiotics, from a teen formula to 100-billion-CFU blends. We haven’t reviewed the hair or probiotic research here, and we don’t sell either category.

Codeage vs Eternal Elixir: which suits you

Codeage suits you if you want one supplier for a whole household routine of collagen, probiotics, multivitamins and a longevity product, and you like liposomal formats. Its combination formulas save you buying several bottles, and its free-shipping threshold of $50 is lower than ours.

Eternal Elixir suits you if you already know which longevity ingredients you want and care about milligrams per dollar. Our NMN 500mg costs less per 500 mg than any Codeage NMN, our glutathione gives twice the dose per serving of Codeage’s 1000 mg capsules for less, and each single-active capsule states its amount on the label. Our product pages state the evidence level for each ingredient and say plainly what hasn’t been shown. Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, free US shipping over $100 and dispatch within 24 hours.

Codeage review: frequently asked questions

Is Codeage a legitimate brand?

Yes. Codeage sells through its own store and through Amazon, Walmart and Sam’s Club, and its claimed Trustpilot profile showed 4.6 out of 5 from about 1,000 reviews when we checked on September 25, 2026. Its product pages say its supplements are made in the USA in a cGMP facility. The fair criticism is price per milligram on its liposomal and Platinum formulas, not legitimacy.

Is Codeage third-party tested?

Some products carry an NSF mark, which Codeage describes as independent verification of label accuracy, quality and safety. We saw it on the Liposomal Glutathione 1000 mg, Liposomal NMN Platinum and Multi Collagen Protein Powder pages. We did not see a lot-matched lab report on the product pages we read, so check each product page for the mark before relying on it.

Is Codeage NMN worth the price?

Its Liposomal NMN 1000 Capsules are its best NMN value at $0.75 per 500 mg. Its Amen NMN and NMN 1000 Powder cost $1.00 per 500 mg, and the Platinum formula costs $2.67 per 500 mg because it adds other actives. A plain 500 mg capsule such as ours costs $0.56 per 500 mg, and no human trial has shown that liposomal NMN makes up the difference.

Does Codeage have a money-back guarantee?

Yes, but it is limited. Codeage’s refund policy gives 30 days from purchase, allows one refund per customer over the lifetime of the relationship, applies it to the first order only, and asks the buyer to pay return shipping.

Is Codeage a good brand for collagen?

Codeage has one of the widest collagen ranges we have seen, with 32 products carrying collagen in the name, and its Multi Collagen Protein Powder Large gives 63 servings for $39.99. The ingredient itself has a 14-trial meta-analysis showing better skin moisture and elasticity after 12 weeks of hydrolyzed collagen. No published trial has tested Codeage’s own collagen products.

What is the best NMN supplement in 2026?

Our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg, which we make: 500 mg per capsule declared on the front label, 90 capsules for $49.99, or $0.56 per 500 mg. Among Codeage products, the Liposomal NMN 1000 Capsules are the strongest value at $0.75 per 500 mg if you want a liposomal format.

Our verdict on Codeage

Codeage is a well-rated, widely stocked brand with a huge catalog, and it is a sensible one-stop shop if you want collagen, probiotics and a longevity formula in one order. For a longevity buyer who counts milligrams, it is usually the more expensive route. Its NMN costs $0.75 to $2.67 per 500 mg, its 1000 mg glutathione costs more per serving than our 2,000 mg capsules, and its refund guarantee covers one item, once. If you want NMN at a lower price per milligram, our NMN 500mg puts 500 mg in each capsule, 90 to a bottle, at $0.56 per 500 mg.
