Momentous Review 2026: Worth It for Longevity Buyers?

Momentous Review 2026: Worth It for Longevity Buyers? – Eternal Elixir Trans-Resveratrol 600mg bottle

Edited by Elaine Fletcher, Researcher

Quick answer: Our Momentous review for 2026 finds a sports nutrition brand with strong testing and a thin, pricey longevity shelf. Momentous says every product it sells is certified by NSF Certified for Sport or Informed Sport, and its creatine, magnesium and sleep products are its core. For longevity buyers the picture changes: it sells no NMN, TUDCA, spermidine or Ca-AKG, its Resveratrol costs $1.83 a serving, and it generally doesn’t accept returns once an order is delivered. Our pick for longevity buyers is Eternal Elixir Trans-Resveratrol 600mg: 600 mg per one-capsule serving, 90 servings for $59.99, or $0.67 a serving.

Eternal Elixir makes Trans-Resveratrol 600mg and the other products we compare with Momentous below, and Trans-Resveratrol 600mg is our pick for this shelf. We compete with Momentous, so read this as a competitor’s review. We did not buy or lab-test Momentous products. Every Momentous figure comes from its US product pages, the supplement facts panels shown on them, its Momentous Standard page and its refund policy, all read on September 25, 2026. Here is how we write and review content.

Momentous review 2026: what the brand sells

Momentous is a sports nutrition company. Its US store listed 90 products when we checked, and most of them are built around training: creatine in tubs, chews and travel packs, whey and plant protein, collagen, omega-3, hydration and fuel mixes, and a set of sleep and focus products. Stacks named for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Tim Ferriss sit alongside the core range.

A few of its best-known products, with one-time prices and the serving on each label:

  • Creatine, 90 servings: $42.99 for 5 g of creatine monohydrate per scoop, about $0.48 a serving.
  • Magnesium L-Threonate: $49.99 for 30 servings. Three capsules give 2 g of Magtein, which supplies 145 mg of magnesium.
  • Apigenin: $24.99 for 60 capsules of 50 mg, one capsule per serving.
  • Nightly Sleep: $59.99 for 30 servings of magnesium bisglycinate, L-theanine and apigenin, with no melatonin.

The longevity side is short. Filtered to compounds a longevity buyer would look for, it comes down to Resveratrol, Berberine, Tongkat Ali and a formula called Longevity, plus Ubiquinol at $34.99. There is no NMN, no TUDCA, no spermidine and no Ca-AKG anywhere in the catalog.

US orders ship free over $99, and subscriptions were 25% off when we checked. The refund policy is strict. It says Momentous generally does not accept returns of delivered products, except where the law requires it, because it can no longer guarantee how they were stored. By comparison, our orders come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Momentous testing: what NSF Certified for Sport and Informed Sport cover

Testing is where Momentous earns its reputation. Its Momentous Standard page says every product is tested by an outside program, either NSF Certified for Sport or Informed Sport, and that it publishes certificates of analysis. Its product pages describe NSF Certified for Sport as testing every batch for purity, potency and banned substances, and its Tongkat Ali page says each finished batch goes through Informed Sport, which screens for hundreds of banned substances. The company also says it is rolling out SuppCo TESTED, where products are bought the way a customer would buy them and then tested.

That is a strong standard, and for anyone in drug-tested sport it can decide the purchase on its own. It is worth being clear about what it covers. Sport certification checks that a product contains what the label says and is free of banned substances. It does not show that the ingredient does anything for you, and it says nothing about price.

Momentous also shows it will drop products. Its standard page says it pulled Fadogia from its range in 2024 after its science team decided the research was not progressing to its standards.

Momentous vs Eternal Elixir: the overlapping products

Four Momentous products overlap with ours. The table uses each brand’s one-time US price as of Sep 2026 and the serving and servings per container printed on each supplement facts panel.

Resveratrol is the clearest gap. Ours gives 600 mg of 98% pure trans-resveratrol in each capsule for $0.67 a serving. Momentous gives 450 mg for $1.83, almost three times the cost per serving and more than three times the cost per gram. Both use a one-capsule serving.

On NR, the Longevity formula gives the same 500 mg of NR chloride we compare it with, and adds 600 mg of NAC, 600 mg of betaine, 20 mg of PQQ and 200 mg of vitamin C with B vitamins. If you want all of those in one product, Longevity does that. If NR is what you are after, our capsule gives you the same amount of NR for $1.00 a serving instead of $3.67.

Berberine needs one caveat. Momentous’s panel lists 550 mg of Berbevis berberine phospholipid, a complex of berberine extract with phospholipids, and it does not say how much of that 550 mg is berberine itself. Momentous says this form is absorbed 9.6 times better than standard berberine, and we did not check the study behind that figure. Ours lists 500 mg of berberine HCl per capsule and costs less per serving. Berberine can interact with some medicines, so talk to your doctor before taking either one if you use prescription medication.

Tongkat ali is the row where Momentous costs less per serving, and the two products are different preparations. Momentous uses 400 mg of dried, milled root. Ours lists 2,000 mg of a 200:1 extract, a concentrate. The milligram figures can’t be compared directly, and our own product page says this exact 200:1 product has not been clinically tested. Momentous’s Tongkat Ali carries Informed Sport testing, which ours does not claim. If you compete in a drug-tested sport, that settles it in their favor.

What the research says about the overlapping ingredients

Resveratrol: well absorbed, then cleared fast

In a small study in Drug Metabolism and Disposition (Walle and colleagues, 2004), six volunteers took a 25 mg oral dose of labeled resveratrol. At least 70% was absorbed, but only trace amounts of unchanged resveratrol reached the blood, because the gut and liver convert it quickly. That applies to both brands. Evidence level: small human absorption studies, and no trial has shown that 600 mg works better than 450 mg. Our resveratrol supplement comparison covers more brands and research.

Nicotinamide riboside: blood NAD+ rises with dose

In an eight-week randomized, placebo-controlled trial in Scientific Reports (Conze and colleagues, 2019), healthy overweight adults took 100 mg, 300 mg or 1,000 mg of NR chloride a day or a placebo. Whole-blood NAD+ rose by 22%, 51% and 142% at those doses within two weeks and stayed up, and side effects did not differ from placebo. NR maker ChromaDex funded the trial, and two authors worked for it. A 500 mg daily serving, in either product, sits between the tested doses. Evidence level: randomized human trials measuring blood NAD+. NR has not been shown to extend human lifespan. Our NAD+ supplement comparison explains how NR compares with NMN.

Tongkat ali: promising but preparation-dependent

A 2022 systematic review and meta-analysis in Medicina (Leisegang and colleagues) pooled five randomized trials and found higher total testosterone in men taking tongkat ali than in men taking a placebo. The authors said more research is needed. The trials used their own preparations and doses, so neither a whole-root powder nor a 200:1 extract can claim to match them milligram for milligram. Tongkat ali may affect hormones and can interact with medicines, so talk to your doctor before using it. Evidence level: a small number of randomized trials in men, pooled in one meta-analysis. Our tongkat ali supplement comparison sets out extraction ratios by brand, and our roundup of hormone-support botanicals covers the wider category.

A note on fadogia, since Momentous dropped it. Our Tongkat Ali + Fadogia product combines 500 mg of tongkat ali with 1,500 mg of fadogia agrestis per serving, and its own product page states that fadogia has no established human clinical benefit and a safety signal from animal research on reproduction. Read our fadogia agrestis dosage guide before choosing it, and talk to your doctor first.

What Momentous doesn’t sell

If your routine is built around cellular aging rather than training, you will need a second supplier. Momentous sells no NMN, which our best NMN supplements comparison covers, no TUDCA (see our TUDCA supplement comparison) and no spermidine (see our spermidine supplement comparison). It also has no Ca-AKG. Its Longevity formula is an NR product with support nutrients, so a buyer who starts there will still be missing most of a typical longevity shelf. Our guide to the best longevity supplements sets out the categories.

For other brands on the same shelf, our Thorne review covers the other premium, testing-led brand people compare with Momentous. Our NOW Foods review covers the mass-market end, and our Purovitalis NMN review covers a specialist NMN brand. We have also reviewed Codeage, Nutricost and Solaray.

Who Momentous suits, and who should shop elsewhere

Momentous suits you if you compete in a tested sport, or if you want certified basics you take around training every day, such as creatine, protein, omega-3, magnesium and sleep support. Its testing is real and its catalog in those categories is deep.

Shop elsewhere if your routine centers on longevity compounds. It doesn’t sell NMN, TUDCA, spermidine or Ca-AKG, and its Resveratrol and NR cost more per serving than ours. The same goes if you want the option to send a product back after delivery. For resveratrol, our Trans-Resveratrol 600mg gives more per capsule for just over a third of the cost per serving.

Momentous review: frequently asked questions

Are Momentous supplements of good quality?

On testing, yes. Momentous says every product is certified by NSF Certified for Sport or Informed Sport, and it publishes certificates of analysis. That confirms label accuracy and screens for banned substances. It doesn’t tell you whether a product is good value, and on the longevity products we compared, it costs more per serving than ours.

Is Thorne or Momentous better?

They suit different shoppers. Momentous is built around sport-certified training basics, with a catalog of about 90 products and little on the longevity side. Our Thorne review covers that brand’s range and prices. For longevity actives specifically, our pick is Eternal Elixir, because our resveratrol, NR and berberine cost less per serving than Momentous’s versions.

Do professional athletes use Momentous supplements?

Momentous builds its brand around athletes and sport certification. Its Momentous Standard page lists advisers who work in professional sport, including a dietitian who is director of nutrition for an NBA team. NSF Certified for Sport and Informed Sport testing are designed for athletes who face drug testing, which is why teams and dietitians look for them.

What are people saying about Momentous Sleep?

Momentous sells two sleep products, and both are rated well by buyers on its own product pages. Nightly Sleep has no melatonin: three capsules give 200 mg of magnesium, 200 mg of L-theanine and 50 mg of apigenin, 30 servings for $59.99. Elite Sleep is melatonin-based: two capsules give 3 mg of melatonin with tart cherry, L-theanine and valerian root, 30 servings for $44.99, and Momentous says it is not meant for daily use. Talk to your doctor before taking melatonin if you use other medicines.

Does Momentous have a money-back guarantee?

No. Its refund policy says it generally does not accept returns of delivered products, except where the law requires it. Eternal Elixir orders come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Does Momentous sell NMN?

No. Its NAD+ product is Longevity, which uses nicotinamide riboside. For NMN, Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg declares 500 mg per capsule on its front label, with 90 capsules for $49.99, and our NMN comparison covers other brands.

What is the best alternative to Momentous Resveratrol?

Our pick is Eternal Elixir Trans-Resveratrol 600mg, which we make. It gives 600 mg per capsule and 90 servings for $59.99, or $0.67 a serving, against 450 mg and 30 servings for $54.99 with Momentous. It is not NSF Certified for Sport, so if you are a tested athlete, stay with a sport-certified product.

Our verdict on Momentous

Momentous is a well-tested sports nutrition brand, and for tested athletes its certification is worth paying for. For longevity buyers it is a partial shop: no NMN, TUDCA, spermidine or Ca-AKG, higher costs per serving on resveratrol, NR and berberine, and no returns once delivered. If you came here for the longevity products, our range covers the same actives for less per serving.
