Quick answer: DoNotAge is a UK-based longevity brand that sells single-ingredient “Pure” supplements to US buyers from donotage.org, plus a 15-ingredient daily sachet. Each capsule states one active and its dose, and US orders over $50 ship free. Its capsules come in two sizes only, 60 or 366, and they are expensive per gram: Pure NMN is $80 for 60 capsules of 500 mg, or $2.67 per gram. Its NMN powder is much cheaper per gram. For NMN in capsules, our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: the same 500 mg per capsule, 90 capsules for $49.99, or $1.11 per gram.
Eternal Elixir makes NMN 500mg and competes with DoNotAge, so read this as a competitor’s review. Every DoNotAge figure below comes from its own product and routine pages, read on September 25, 2026, using the one-time US prices. We did not buy or test DoNotAge products. Here is how we write and review content.
Do Not Age review 2026: who the brand is
DoNotAge describes itself as a UK-based health research organisation. Its product pages list Alan Graves as founder and clinical research advisor. It ships to the US from donotage.org, with free delivery on US orders over $50, and it ships EU orders from a base inside the EU customs union.
The range is built around single ingredients sold under the “Pure” name, including Pure NMN, Pure Spermidine, Pure Resveratrol, Pure Berberine and Pure TMG, plus a SIRT6 Activator. The pages say each batch is tested in-house and by outside labs and that products are made to GMP and ISO 9001 standards. The spermidine and resveratrol pages add that certificates of analysis are available on request. The NMN, spermidine and resveratrol pages each quote a 99.8% purity figure.
That is a clean, readable way to sell supplements. You know what is in each capsule. What is harder to see at a glance is the price per gram, because it changes a lot with the bottle size and the format you pick.
The bottle-size ladder: 60 or 366 capsules
Every DoNotAge capsule product we checked comes in exactly two sizes: 60 capsules or 366 capsules. The 366-capsule bottle is one capsule a day for a year, plus one. NMN and resveratrol also come as powder, and subscriptions are priced by daily dose.
The large bottle lowers the price per capsule, but not by much, and it asks for a year’s money up front. Pure NMN capsules cost $1.33 each in the 60-count and $1.20 each in the 366-count. For someone still deciding whether NMN suits them, the 60-count is the sensible entry point. For someone sure they will take it daily for a year, the 366-count saves about 10% per capsule, so check the expiry date on a bulk bottle when it arrives.
We take the opposite approach: one mid-size bottle per product, so NMN comes as 90 capsules for $49.99. Neither model is wrong. They suit different buyers.

Here is how the rows read, including where DoNotAge wins.
- NMN capsules. Same 500 mg per capsule. Ours costs $1.11 per gram against $2.67 or $2.40 for DoNotAge capsules. DoNotAge recommends 1,000 mg a day, so a 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days at $2.67 a day. Our NMN supplement comparison covers other US brands on the same basis.
- NMN powder. This is DoNotAge’s strongest value. At $0.82 per gram for 183 g, its powder costs less per gram than our capsules. You measure it yourself and mix it into a drink. If you want capsules, ours are cheaper.
- Spermidine. DoNotAge costs less per capsule, and ours holds 10 mg against 8 mg. Its page text does not say whether the 8 mg counts spermidine itself or a salt form such as the trihydrochloride on our label, so we compare per capsule, not per milligram. Our spermidine supplement comparison lines up the forms and doses across brands.
- Resveratrol. Ours puts 600 mg in each capsule for $0.67, against 500 mg for $0.90 or $0.81. Its 183 g powder is slightly cheaper per gram than our capsules. Our resveratrol supplement comparison covers other brands.
- Berberine. DoNotAge is cheaper at $0.40 or $0.33 per capsule against our $0.56, with the same 500 mg per capsule. Our berberine supplement guide explains the forms on sale.
Buying two or more bottles of ours takes 10% off two, 15% off three and 20% off five. Our free US shipping starts at $100, and DoNotAge’s starts at $50, which helps anyone buying one bottle.
The DoNotAge routine sachet
DoNotAge also sells a daily sachet called the DoNotAge routine. The sign-up page describes 15 longevity ingredients in one daily serving and prices it at $203 per four-week cycle, or $7.25 per serving, billed as a recurring subscription. The page we read does not list the amount of each ingredient, so you cannot compare its NMN or resveratrol dose with a single-ingredient product before you buy.
The sachet comes with a conditional refund. DoNotAge says it will refund you if your NAD+ levels have not risen after six consecutive months of daily use, provided you test before and after and send the results. That is a specific promise, and it requires both six months of spending and your own lab tests.
For comparison, a 90-capsule bottle of our NMN 500mg is $49.99. If NMN is the ingredient you care most about, a single-ingredient product lets you see and control the dose. Our longevity supplement stacks guide covers common combinations.
What the research says about these doses
NMN: small human trials, blood NAD+ markers
A dose-ranging trial published in GeroScience in 2023 (Yi and colleagues) randomized 80 healthy middle-aged adults to a placebo or to 300 mg, 600 mg or 900 mg of NMN once daily for 60 days. Blood NAD+ rose in every NMN group compared with placebo and was highest at 600 mg and 900 mg. Walking distance in a six-minute test improved more than placebo in all three NMN groups, and no safety issues were found. Three of the authors were employees of chemical companies.
One capsule from either brand gives 500 mg, between the 300 mg and 600 mg arms. DoNotAge’s recommended 1,000 mg a day is above the highest dose that trial tested. Our 1,000 mg NMN comparison looks at that dose level separately.
Evidence level: small randomized human trials that measured blood NAD+ and short-term function. NMN has not been shown to extend human lifespan. Our NAD+ supplement guide and Tru Niagen review cover nicotinamide riboside, the main alternative.
Spermidine: safe at high doses, benefits not shown
The SmartAge trial in JAMA Network Open (Schwarz and colleagues, 2022) gave 100 adults aged 60 to 90 with subjective cognitive decline either 0.9 mg of spermidine a day from wheat germ extract or a placebo for 12 months. Memory performance, the primary outcome, did not change significantly compared with placebo.
Much higher doses have been tested for safety. In a trial in Nutrition Research (Keohane and colleagues, 2024), 37 healthy men aged 50 to 70 took 40 mg a day of high-purity spermidine trihydrochloride or a placebo for up to 28 days. There were no significant changes in blood safety markers, no product-related side effects and no substantial change in blood or urine polyamine levels. The study was funded by the company that makes that spermidine.
Both brands’ capsules sit between those two doses. Evidence level: limited. Spermidine looks well tolerated, but no human trial has shown a benefit at the doses on sale.

Resveratrol: one long trial at 150 mg a day
The RESHAW trial in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research (Wong and colleagues, 2020) gave postmenopausal women 75 mg of resveratrol twice a day in a 24-month crossover design. After 12 months, bone density in the lower spine was higher than on placebo. That is 150 mg a day, well below both brands’ capsules, and a higher dose has not been shown to work better. Our NMN versus resveratrol breakdown covers how the two are used together.
Who DoNotAge suits, and who should look elsewhere
DoNotAge suits you if you want NMN or resveratrol as powder at a low price per gram, if you are sure you will take one capsule a day for a year, or if you want a single-ingredient berberine at a low price. Its $50 free-shipping threshold also helps one-bottle buyers.
Look elsewhere if you want NMN in capsules at a lower price per gram, a mid-size bottle you will finish in a few months, or a resveratrol capsule with more resveratrol per capsule for less. That is where our NMN 500mg and Trans-Resveratrol 600mg fit. For other brands on the same comparison basis, see our Renue By Science NMN review, our Toniiq NMN review and our Source Naturals review.
Do Not Age review: frequently asked questions
Is Do Not Age a good supplement company?
On label transparency, yes. Each Pure product states a single active and its dose per capsule, the pages quote purity figures, and it offers certificates of analysis on request. The trade-offs are price and bottle size: its capsules cost more per gram than many rivals, and they come only in 60 or 366 counts.
What do we know about DoNotAge berberine?
Pure Berberine contains 500 mg of berberine per capsule, at $24 for 60 or $120 for 366. The page suggests 500 mg per meal and 500 to 1,000 mg a day. Berberine can interact with prescription medicines, so talk to your doctor before starting it if you take any.
What are DoNotAge sachets?
The DoNotAge routine is a daily sachet with 15 ingredients, sold as a subscription at $203 per four-week cycle, or $7.25 per serving. The sign-up page we read does not list the amount of each ingredient.
How much NMN is in DoNotAge Pure NMN?
Each capsule contains 500 mg of NMN, and DoNotAge recommends 1,000 mg a day. A 60-capsule bottle is $80 and a 366-capsule bottle is $440. Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg has the same 500 mg per capsule, 90 capsules for $49.99.

Does DoNotAge ship to the US?
Yes. DoNotAge sells to US buyers in dollars from donotage.org and offers free US delivery on orders over $50.
Is Do Not Age worth it compared with other longevity brands?
It depends on the format. Its NMN powder is good value per gram, and its berberine is cheap. Its NMN and resveratrol capsules cost more per gram than ours, and the 60 or 366 bottle choice doesn’t suit everyone. Compare the price per gram of the active, not the price per bottle.
What is the best alternative to DoNotAge NMN capsules?
Our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg, which we make. It declares 500 mg of NMN per capsule on the front label, holds 90 capsules, or 45,000 mg of NMN, and costs $49.99, about $1.11 per gram against $2.67 for a 60-capsule bottle of Pure NMN.

Our verdict on DoNotAge
DoNotAge sells clearly labeled single ingredients and makes quality information available on request. Its NMN powder and its berberine are good value. Its capsules are the weak point on price: Pure NMN capsules cost more than twice as much per gram as ours, in bottle sizes that jump from two months to a year. For NMN in capsules, our NMN 500mg gives you the same dose per capsule at $1.11 per gram.
