Shipping & Return Policy
30-day returns
We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Requesting a return
Email info@eternalelixir.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send a return before receiving approval.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service. For an international order where return shipping would cost more than the item, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, opened or used products and products returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
